Veterinary Assistant

Rachel officially began her veterinary career in general practice in 2017. During her time in general practice, she developed a strong foundation in veterinary medicine, gaining valuable experience in routine check-ups, vaccinations, and urgent care. In 2021, Rachel made a transition into specialty and emergency medicine, driven by her desire to learn about more complex cases. The shift in practices allowed her to work alongside a team of specialists and emergency doctors, where she further expanded her knowledge and expertise in advanced diagnostic techniques and treatment protocols. The fast-paced environment of emergency and specialty medicine challenged her to think quickly and adapt to rapidly changing situations, reinforcing her commitment to delivering the highest standard of care. Rachel has a true passion for providing veterinary care to working dogs and behavioral veterinary cases and has become an advocate for the health and well-being of them, striving to ensure they receive the specialized care they deserve to be able to continue the hard work they perform. She is committed to educating others about the importance of proper veterinary care for these animals, as well as promoting awareness of the unique challenges they face.
