Andrea

Andrea was born and raised in Asheville, NC. Being from the mountains, she loves waterfalls, the woods and especially the local nature center. She grew up with several animals as her grandmother raised show birds and her childhood homes were always filled with a variety of pets. Andrea’s passion has always been helping people, as she has nearly 10 years in experience in customer service of many varieties. It took time to find her footing in a career path, though she found her calling at Haywood Animal Hospital in the veterinary medicine world when she realized she’d rather have a career making a difference in the lives of the animals she loves so much.

Outside of her work at the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She has three cats, Taco, Bowie, and GrahamCracker, along with her rescued pup Special agent Dale Cooper, or Cooper for short. As a family they enjoy making art, cooking and video games.
